email devotionals or other subscription lists based on their interests.
This opt-in approach avoids the "spam" perspective associated with
mass email systems, yet still allows for the sending out of thousands
of messages each day to donors who have invited you into their inbox.
SendWare
AutoList automates the process of sending out daily, weekly or monthly
emails to donors who are signed up for SendWare Subscriptions. Great
for devotional lists, speaking itineraries or regular project updates,
these subscribed AutoLists also provide links back to the WebWare web
site. These links can allow for donations, survey updates, or purchase
of related books or products.
E-giving and E-commerce
Integration by creating customized links for supporters back to a
donor.com WebWare web site completes an effective communications or
marketing cycle. SendWare allows an email to have unique links that
bring your supporter back to the right sections of a website to give to
a specific project, to purchase a specific book, take a special survey,
or other configurable options.
SendWare Unsubscribe
Management allows your supporter to unsubscribe simply by sending an
email. The unsubscribe system integrates with the Subscription system,
ensuring that donors continue receiving email from the lists they want,
while being unsubscribed from the lists they no longer wish to receive.
SendWare Bounce Management automatically handles bounced
emails and updates the supporter’s record with the bounce information.
A periodic process looks for frequent bounces that would indicate a bad
address, and automatically marks the email address as bad – avoiding
future attempts to bad addresses, while letting a one-time glitch to go
by without affecting your supporter’s account.
