staff support
Online self-service staff support tools can be an effective way of managing your missionary and staff support program. Increase revenue, streamline operations and provide a personalized giving experience for your staff supporters.
Donors and website visitors can sign up as supporters of your staff or missionaries at your website. When a staff person or missionary is selected, all the necessary work to add the gift and/or pledge relationship is automatically and immediately done to the donor.com DASCO database.
Through WebWare, donor.com online staff and missionary support tools provide a page that allows new or returning supporters to select a missionary or staff member, and securely go to the page of the person being supported.
When multiple staff or missionaries are displayed, the visitor can choose to see a page that shows more information or the visitor can choose to see additional staff or missionaries that matched the criteria, or the visitor can go back to the selection page to select different criteria.
When a supporter finalizes their giving, payment processing is done automatically using BankWare, donor.com's financial gateway tool.
Additional benefits include:
- renewing, retaining history of, or making changes to any pledge without losing the historical paid-through information.
- changing pledge designation or a missionary's id without creating a new pledge.
- pledges existing over a large span of time with several different staff or missionaries assigned.
- various pledge types providing true quarterly, annual and other frequency pledges
- calculatation of a Paid-Through for all pledges, based on Pledged Amount, Start Date, Stop Date and Paid Amount.
- facilitatation of orderly processing of pledge statements by adding a statement cycle code that can be used to control when statements or reminders will be sent.
- support for third party or "reference" pledges, where you can identify an individual (besides the donor) who should receive correspondence about the pledge. Let a business make (and pay) a pledge on behalf of the owner.
