Includes:
The New Client On Site Training package includes these features and services:

  · core dasco, safari, bankware, sendware modules only
  · 3 contiguous business days onsite, up to 10 hours per day max
  · may be conducted before or after "go live" date
  · must be completed within 90 days of engaging in donor.com services
  · additional days at current daily rates

Excludes:
To avoid confusion, these items are not included in the New Client On Site Training package:

  · travel expenses, meals, accommodations
  · systems support
  · network support
  · website design
  · webware training
  · reportware training
  · reportware/crystalclear report template design
  · css/html or template design
  · package not available to existing clients
