The Remote Training package includes these features and services:

  · agenda based on your needs and contracted donor.com tools and services
  · web interface and toll free conference bridge for up to 10 participants
  · minimum 1/2 hour charge
  · maximum 2 hour block for any one training session
  · client must have internet access via a browser
  · agenda preparation will be charged against support units

Excludes:
To avoid confusion, these items are not included in the Remote Training package:

  · systems support
  · network support
  · website design
  · reportware/crystalclear report template design
  · css/html or template design
