  · 3 contiguous business days onsite, up to 10 hours per day max
  · may be conducted before or after "go live" date
  · must be completed within 90 days of engaging in donor.com services
  · additional days at current daily rates

Excludes:

  · 1 day onsite with one trainer

  · Billed in full day increments
  · not all topics can be covered by a single trainer. May necessitate multiple trainers (whether concurrently or separately). Rates are per trainer.
  · agenda preparation will be charged against support units
